Wolves & Manchester United
Following Chelsea’s victory over Arsenal in the Europa League final, Wolves and Man United have had their 2019-20 Europa League standing confirmed.
Wolves finished the 2018-19 Premier League in seventh place.
Due to the fact that Man City won the League Cup and FA Cup as well as the league, Wolves have won entry into next year’s UEL.
Now that Chelsea beat Arsenal, Wolves have learned that they’ll start their Europa League qualification process in the second round.
That means Wolves are likely to start next season on July 25 – which is less than eight weeks away.
As for Man United, they’ll also play Europa League football next term after they finished sixth in the league.
Man United will enter the Europa League in the group.
Arsenal will also start their 2019-20 Europa League campaign in the group phase.
2019-20 Champions League & Europa League
Wrapping up the Premier League sides in Europa next year, Man City, Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham will all compete in the Champions League.
The final of the 2019-20 Champions League will be staged at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul, Turkey.
The final of the 2019-20 Europa League will be held at the Stadion Energa Gdańsk in Gdańsk, Poland.
