Actress Hina Khan, who lost her father, last month due to cardiac complications revealed that she received a special message from the global icon Priyanka Chopra post her father's demise.

In an interview with a web daily, Hina revealed that she received a special and heart touching message from Priyanka Chopra when she lost her dad and also added that Priyanka understands what it is like to lose a father.

In the chat, she said that She really likes the way Priyanka Chopra picks the small and the little things. She further said that she doesn't want to talk about it but to add a little bit, Hina said that Priyanka being a busy woman, an entrepreneur and doing so many things and sending her a text message after her father passing away and that too such a long message and not the normal ones which people send during these times such as 'I am sorry condolences' and all," was really special and heart-touching. Hina further added that it is because she understands what it is to lose a father.

Priyanka and Hina have shared a cordial relationship ever since Hina made her Cannes debut in 2019. Both the actress’ have also expressed their gratitude to each other on social media many times.
