For the record, the expectation is the deal will be announced later today.

On Tuesday evening, a clip of Nicolas Pepe in an Arsenal shirt spread around social media.

Pepe patted the Arsenal crest in the short video.

When will Nicolas Pepe make his Arsenal debut?

Arsenal kick off their new Premier League season on August 11 against Newcastle United.

However, Pepe is expected to be seen playing for Arsenal long before that.

Indeed, the Gunners are in pre-season action tonight when they face French side Angers.
