Only PSG can stop Arsenal signing Nicolas Pepe
Arsenal appear to be on the verge of signing Nicolas Pepe from Lille.
Over the weekend, the Gunners agreed a 72 million pound deal to sign the Ivory Coast forward.

However, as Arsenal fans wake up on Monday morning, the Pepe transfer still isn’t over the line.
Is it possible that Arsenal could end up missing out on Pepe?
French daily La Voix du Nord have touched on that issue on Monday, noting that Napoli seem to have dropped out of the race following the Arsenal developments over the past few days.
Yet, in a warning to the Gunners, La Voix du Nord suggest that PSG could still make a move for the LOSC star.
La Voix du Nord report that if PSG lodge a late bid for Pepe, such a bid could “shake everything up”.
That said, the French paper suggest that such a PSG bid is “unlikely” to materialise.
So when will Nicolas Pepe sign for Arsenal?
La Voix du Nord also look into the transfer timetable.
Save for any hiccups, Nicolas Pepe is expected to sign for the Gunners on either Tuesday or Wednesday.
