Crystal Palace 1-Manchester United 3
Manchester United travelled to Crystal Palace on Wednesday evening.
United began the day in 5th place with both Chelsea and Arsenal also battling it out for 4th spot.
Heading into the Palace game, Man United had a mountain of injury problems.
The likes of Anthony Martial, Jesse Lingard, Ander Herrera and Juan Mata all failed to make the matchday squad.
Marcus Rashford was also only fit enough for the bench.
Romelu Lukaku’s mixed game
As a result, Romelu Lukaku was given a chance to shine from the off on Wednesday.
The Belgian did take his chance as he opened the scoring in the 33rd minute.
Lukaku makes no mistake this time…

Joel Ward would pull one back for Palace before Ashley Young killed the game off in the 83rd minute.
Despite scoring a brace, Lukaku has been receiving a lot of criticism online, largely due to his poor passing.
