Fulham 0-Manchester City 2
Manchester City travelled to Fulham in Saturday’s early kick-off.
City would return to the top of the Premier League with a win at Craven Cottage as Liverpool do not play till Sunday.
The game got off to a perfect start for the Citizens as Bernardo Silva put them 1-0 up inside five minutes.
Sergio Aguero would then double their lead in the 27th minute.
Man City couldn’t manage a third against Fulham and didn’t really look to get out of second gear.
However, they still came away with all three points and all the pressure is now on Liverpool who host Tottenham this game week.

Aguero injury update
Despite returning to the summit of the Premier League table, City did look to have one bit of bad news on Saturday.
Sergio Aguero was brought off in the 57th minute vs Fulham and looked to be limping.
Some kind of knock or tweak for Aguero by the looks of it, actually

With City still fighting in three competitions, it would have been a huge blow to lose their top scorer.
However, speaking after the game, Pep Guardiola does not seem too convinced that the Argentine has suffered a major knock:
“Aguero said he felt something – not an injury. We will know tomorrow. We can’t complain about injuries. We are in good shape.
“Now is the last part of the season. We have seven games left in the Premier League. If we win every game, we will be champions.”
